First thing I would check is your throttle position sensor. Check the FSM or the many guides on this forum for a how to, if you need it. Regarding oil pressure, and besides the obvious (proper oil type, levels), are you reading off the stock gauge? If so, on my two Z's (NA and TT), oil pressure at idle never really exceeded past the 1/8th area on the gauge. I'm told this is normal. Lifter tick - likely needs to be warmed up and broken in properly. If it continues, try a flush such as auto-rx, or the xtreme stuff Z1 sells. Finally, give the whole thing a good go-over and search for possible boost leaks, or unplugged/leaking vacuum lines.
